Do you ship internationally?
Due to settings on ecrater, I only ship to US and Canada from ecrater. I ship worldwide through my ebay store only. If an item is allowed to be imported into your country and it can be covered under my insurance policy, I am willing to ship there. If you are from another area in the world and are interested in a particular item, please contact me and I will let you know if shipping is available to your country.

What is your return policy?
Please ask questions before purchase as all sales are final. I only offer returns on items that are grossly misrepresented. This is a very rare case, but I am human and make mistakes sometimes. If I make a mistake I will cover all expenses you incurred. This policy is due to the heavily discounted prices I sell items for.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes! Absolutely. To take advantage of combined shipping, items must be paid for on one invoice. Combined shipping is only available for items that can be sent inside of the same package. The general rule is the full shipping price for the highest shipping fee and 50% off shipping for any additional items. Feel free to contact me for a quote.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
All items will ship within 3 business days of payment clearing...but most items are shipped within 1 day. I ship via USPS. All domestic shipments come with a tracking number. You will receive an email from paypal with the tracking number. Depending upon what type of service you select (first class, etc) will determine how long it takes to arrive.

How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
Shipping prices vary with every item. They are very close to actual, but are usually set as a flat fees to help with confusion. Charges include postage, tracking (for US shipments), supplies and handling. Starting August 25, all items come with insurance. Insurance is through a third party insurance company called DSI.

What is your customer service policy?
It is my goal to provide a 5-Star transcation. If you have ANY concerns after receiving your item, please contact me directly so I can make your experience a 5-Star one! Please allow me a chance to correct an oversight before leaving feedback.

What forms of payment are accepted?
For your protection and mine, I accept Paypal only. You can use any credit card, debit card or eCheck within Paypal. Please note items are sent after payment clears.

When should I pay?
Please pay within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days I send out reminder emails and if no response is received, I relist the item.
